Qualifications Continued
Please go online for a full description of what qualifies and what does not. The site is: http://blogs.henrico.k12.va.us/communityservice. Always check with your school's Community Service Leader (CSL) to ensure an activity will count. Performing an activity that later is determined not to qualify will result in those hours not counting toward your seal. Turn this form in at each marking period so your hours can be recorded. Keeping this form is the student's responsibility. Lost forms should be redone by the student.
Furthermore, please keep in mind of the location of service activities. Parents should always know where their child will be when doing community service.
